We offer a 100% refund if our A&R team and curators are unable to respond to your submission within 7 days from the date of submission.

 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have received any form of response or communication from the Greaserelease A&R team within the 7-day period.

 

Initiating a Refund: In the unlikely event that you do not receive a response from us within this timeframe, please Contact Support with your submission details and a request for a refund.


Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time as per your bank’s or payment service’s policies.

 

All communications regarding your submission, including confirmation of receipt and any subsequent responses, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of submission.


Before you submit a request for a refund, we strongly recommend keeping an eye on your inbox and checking your spam/junk folders to ensure that you do not miss any communication from the Greaserelease A&R team.
