We offer a 100% refund if our A&R team and curators are unable to respond to your submission within 7 days from the date of submission.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have received any form of response or communication from the Greaserelease A&R team within the 7-day period.

If you've purchased the 'Music Marketing Campaign' Package
All payments for the music marketing campaign are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation request must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Initiating a Refund: In the unlikely event that you do not receive a response from us within this timeframe, please Contact Support with your submission details and a request for a refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time as per your bankās or payment serviceās policies.
